01. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the SetuprAI Chrome Extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

02. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

SetuprAI is a browser extension that intercepts and reformats user input within compatible AI chat interfaces (such as ChatGPT) to optimize prompt structures before submission.

03. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Service utilizes third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to re-engineer your text. You acknowledge that AI models can produce unpredictable, inaccurate, or hallucinatory outputs.

• SetuprAI is not responsible for the content generated by the AI models or the consequences of using such content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing the generated prompts and the resulting AI outputs.
• We do not guarantee that the optimized prompt will always yield a superior or perfectly accurate result from the target AI.

04. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

SetuprAI offers a Pro tier subscription, billed on a monthly or yearly basis via our payment processor, Razorpay.

• Credits: Pro users receive 100 auto-engineered prompts per month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
• B2B Tax Invoices: If you require a B2B GST tax invoice, please enter your GSTIN during the Razorpay checkout process. Alternatively, you may contact support within 7 days of purchase.

05. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SetuprAI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.
