REFUNDS POLICY

EFFECTIVE DATE: JULY 27, 2026

01. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your SetuprAI Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

• To cancel your subscription, you can use the billing link provided in your original Razorpay receipt email, or contact support.
• Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle.

02. REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital goods and the direct cost we incur from API usage, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits.

• 7-Day Window: If you experience severe technical issues preventing you from using the extension within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may contact support to request a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method used via Razorpay.
